MODEL DESIGNATION
If the machine configuration is already determined, based on customer preference, prior ownership, duplication, piece part requirements, etc., please supply machine model number and/or machine specifications.
We are prepared to recommend machine model/models based on verbal sketches of parts or families of parts. Faxed sketches or marked up blue prints are always welcome as they provide more comfort for all concerned.
We are available by phone. Personal visits can be arranged if required or necessary.

*Piece part pricing includes allowances for machining time, cutting tool costs, scrap, operator wages, burden, depreciation, profit, etc., less material costs. Cutting tool speeds and feeds will be from the Metcut handbook. Process will be determined by work piece requirements, experience, and any recommendations or precautions you may have, based on your experience with the subject part.

2 PLUS 2
We will provide production estimates and piece part pricing for any two typical "lathe" parts and/or any two typical "machining center" parts, willingly absorbing costs for acquiring same as a part of being "DIFFERENT". Additional estimates/pricing will be available on a fee basis, per part, and will generally be $75 for 2 axis lathes, $125 for 3, 4, 5, or 6 axis lathes and vertical machining centers, and $200 for horizontal machining centers. This fee will be credited, in its entirety, towards the purchase of a machine tool from Encore, if the purchase order is placed within 30 days of receipt of our proposal.
